It's hard to write about people with such great personality, talent and influence in the whole world. A very complex and mysterious person who was know by everybody, loved by masses, hated by many, but not understood at all. A man who's life was envied by so many people, at the same time who's life was so miserable, lonely and simply sad. It's impossible to understand him fully, but one thing that is sure, that his great talent, his actions, his music, dance, music videos, innovations in every field of show business has influenced and are still influencing the whole music world.
Not only in the US, Europe but on all continents, as well as Asia with his most faithful fans in Japan. I've read many touching comments given after his death, and it's incredible how he has managed to leave so great influence on so many artists, as well as ordinary people.

As a JE fan it's impossible for me not to notice and appreciate the great influence of M.J. music and dance on JE artists. I believe he is and will be the inspiration for masses of nowadays' artists in the whole world.

Comments of his friends after his death:

- "I am absolutely devastated at this tragic and unexpected news. For Michael to be taken away from us so suddenly at such a young age, I just don't have the words. Divinity brought our souls together on The Wiz and allowed us to do what we were able to throughout the '80s. To this day, the music we created together on Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad is played in every corner of the world and the reason for that is because he had it all…talent, grace, professionalism and dedication. He was the consummate entertainer and his contributions and legacy will be felt upon the world forever. I've lost my little brother today, and part of my soul has gone with him." — Quincy Jones.
- "I am so very sad and confused with every emotion possible. I am heartbroken for his children, who I know were everything to him, and for his family. This is such a massive loss on so many levels, words fail me." — Lisa Marie Presley.
- "I can't stop crying, this is too sudden and shocking. I am unable to imagine this. My heart is hurting. I am in prayer for his kids and the family." - Diana Ross.
- "Dazed in the studio. A major strand of our cultural DNA has left us. RIP MJ." — John Mayer
- "Just as there will never be another Fred Astaire or Chuck Berry or Elvis Presley, there will never be anyone comparable to Michael Jackson. His talent, his wonderment and his mystery make him legend." — Steven Spielberg.
- "We have all been blessed to have witnessed a true light, a wonderful talent ... no words can describe his talent, generosity, advocacy and love for the world ... He gave us a piece of his soul and dedicated his life to entertain us ." - will.i.am.
- "The incomparable Michael Jackson has made a bigger impact on music than any other artist in the history of music. He was magic. He was what we all strive to be. ... I love you Michael." -  Beyonce Knowles.
- "He broke barriers, he changed radio formats. With music, he made it possible for people like Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama to impact the mainstream world. His legacy is unparalleled." - Usher.
- "We have lost a genius and a true ambassador of not only Pop music but of all music. He has been an inspiration to multiple generations, and I will always cherish the moments I shared with him on stage and all of the things I learned about music from him and the time we spent together. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones." — Justin Timberlake.

And some quotes of the king himself:
-If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with.- I’m just like anyone. I cut and I bleed. And I embarrass easily. The meaning of life is contained in every single expression of life. It is present in the infinity of forms and phenomena that exist in all of creation.
- Just because it’s in print doesn’t mean it’s the gospel.
- And I remember going to the record studio and there was a park across the street and I’d see all the children playing and I would cry because it would make me sad that I would have to work instead.
- I’m never pleased with anything, I’m a perfectionist, it’s part of who I am.
- The greatest education in the world is watching the masters at work.
- People write negatives things, cause they feel that’s what sells. Good news to them, doesn’t sell.
- I wake up from dreams and go “Wow, put this down on paper.” The whole thing is strange. You hear the words, everything is right there in front of your face.
- Because I think every child star suffers through this period because you’re not the cute and charming child that you were. You start to grow, and they want to keep you little forever.
- And my goal in life is to give to the world what I was lucky to receive: the ecstasy of divine union through my music and my dance. (And you have managed it M.J.)

May he rest in peace. At last.

July 17th 2009

I've just watched the Michael Jackson's memorial... Although there were some showish and more concert-like moments, the whole memorial generally was very touching. But I think such public events are rather to give fans opportunity to say goodbye to Michael then something really close friends and family would appreciate. Such public showing of sorrow has to be very painful.

But as fan... I really appreciate this event. For last couple of days I've watched all his videoclips and what was especially touchong for me - interviews with him. That showed me another side of king, another side of the idol, the icon I've always known...
I loved his music, I grow up with it, but I had never known how sensitive, thoughtful, compassionate and simply GOOD human beeing, pure and beautiful person he was. This copule of days let me know MJ better as a human, and in that MJ I fell in love, a fan of that MJ I am now.

This event... made me sad in so many ways, for so many reasons... and it made my cry so much. There were so many touching moments... of course the simply but so true words of his daughter, words of Brooke Shields about prince, words of his brother Marlon and many more. Just everytime I saw so genuine, pure and very not-celebrity like pain, tears and just the feeling of irreversible loss in the eyes of his closest friends and family members I could feel how much they miss him and that the loss of Michael is for them something that changed them, hurt them really deeply and their life without him will not remain the same.

I just felt that when facing the mistery of life and death, and the experience of sincere, pure human pain and loss, you just have to be touched by it. If not - there is something wrong with your humanity. It's not about an idol, an entertainmer - it's about a very good and giving human beeing, who suffered a lot through his life because of not beeing understood. Michael, you are in a better place, rest in peace.

Actually I'm preparing a picpam of Jin, and I wanted to post it first, but then I watched sth, that really shocked me.
I'm sure almost all KAT-TUN fans know a fansuber's group

[info]newshfan . They subbed today 2 clips -  HERE TO DOWNLOAD THESE VIDEOS , and one of them - the first, about Morimoto's stalker shocked me a lot.

Actually the whole case of stalkers and yarakashi was quite well known for me, but the thing that surprised me a lot, was mentioning about the rules of Johnny's fans. Of course I was aware of the fact, that Johnny's still live in the middle of society, do normal things like taking train to work, shopping etc. but I always thought they can have a normal life despite of having a lot of crazy fans, because of some sort of that well known in the whole world Japanese politeness and reserve. But I would never guess, that there are so many rules, prescribed by fanclubs. That obeying these rules is controlled by fans themselves, that they have so much of self-restrain to do it.

What kind of rules surprised me the most?

- That you mustn’t ask for an autograph and talk to boys, when you meet them on the train or on the street. – Okay I sort of understand it. (But still I can’t imagine that kind of rules by American or European fans…)

- But restricting yourself to the point, that as a fan you have to move to a different carriage as soon as you notice, that your idol is in the same as you.
- Or that during a concert you mustn’t raise a uchiwa above your chest heigh… Okay, I get it. It’s simply courtesy, but still that kind of etiquette is for me completely out of the place between teenagers and in a concert, where the level of your emotions shouldn’t be limited by some stiff rules.

- The fact that fans not only set this rules and try to obey them, but that they also act  like a sort of security – they stop (even by force) the fans, that don’t obey the rules for example by stoping them to talk to Johnnys… I know that the “good” fans do it to guarantee safety and comfort for their idols, but still I think it’s weird. I mean not to happen in Eruope or America… maybe because all other idols have their professional securities, and don’t need that sort of help from fans…

I have really mixed feelings about this whole “fan’s rules” thing. On the one hand it’s great that people are so considerate and caring about their fans. But on the other hand it’s so unnatural, so restricting. The fans, that I “meet” in fandom are so cheerful, cute, sometimes childish, a little or more crazy about their idols and sometimes really surprising but still funny in their obsession. And these “we-set-rules-fans” are scary and very serious. In my opinion too serious as for an entertainment industry… But I guess in a society like Japan, for a fandom like that of Johnny’s they have to set some rules, otherwise the situation could get quick out of control… But still it’s sad…

And let me make sth. clear. It's not that I think that the "we-set-rules-fans" do anything wrong, on the contrary - I really admire them, that they are so
self-restrain. Especially, when you here that kind of news about dangerous fanatic stalkers, or when you read post like: translation of snowqueenofhoth or reports like this of also snowqeenofhoth. I simply was suprised by the fact, that seting rules is necessarly, that so many people don't have common sense in contacts with their idols. OK it's funny to spazz over our idols and go kyaa and crazy about their perfomances, but in my opinion fans are like that between eachother, but they are normaln in their real life.... It's weird and sad for me that, there have to be official rules, insted of natural human behaviour.

And other thing that is really out of my understanding ability: How “good” fans can’t tolerate not obeying rules by other fans, but they can quietly accept paparazzi stalking their idols, very often destroying their private lives. Why is it that? It is because there are to many paparazzi, more than fans, or what?

I thought here about paparazzi, also because of the second video translated by [info]newshfan . It was about an reporter apologizing, that he wasn’t able to give more news of Jin’s private life… when he flew to America.

I'm sooooo awfully tired, but at the same time really, really very satisfied and happy. The reason - Japantag / the Japan Day in Duesseldorf. You can't know about it, but currently I'm on a stypendium in Germany, and I visited today Duesseldorf because of the gratest festival of Japanese culture in Germany. They have in Duesseldorf very big Japanese community (along with really valuable for an otaku/JE-fan Japanese dictrict) and there is also a Japanese center, that organizes together with other Japanese centers this beautiful day.

The highlights of this day:
- I attended a lot of really interesting Japanese shows/performances a chadō / tee ceremony, cosplay fashion show, demonstrations of Sumo, Judo, Kendo, Aikido or even Kyudo - Japanese bow shooting, a few museums of traditionals Japanese art like ceramics, ikebana, origami and more
- I've made huge amount of photos of crazu otakus / cosplayers / visual kei-fans / j-rock-fans, samurais,geishas etc.
- I tried a lot of Japanese food. Till this day I only ate sushi and ramen... but I've never had opportunity to try other dishes, and it was really delishous.
- At the end of the festival I've even met an KAT-TUN fangirl. How did I recognize her? She wore an KAT-TUN T-shirt and cap and had an KAT-TUN uchiwa. I was so thrilled... you know that was the first time EVER I met an KAT-TUN fan.

Result: Some souvenirs, a lot of cute pictures, wonderful experience of meeting very positive crazy people, great memory and falling in love in Japan even more (if it was even possible)

Abouth the pictures... I'll post them later... cause now I'm really drained...

Like I already wrote I'm fangirlling since March 15th, 2007 - it was the day of my first Jin-is-so-kawaii-so-sexy-so-kakkoi-post in a polish forum in a topic “Let’s drool about Asian bishies”. And it was my first experience to really drool so much about a boy. That was a forum of a manga scanlation group.

At that time I was reading A LOT of manga and watching a few anime, but only the obsession of JE and Japanese boys made me really into a fan of Japan as a whole. They made a rule in this forum that you can download their manga chapters only if you are an active forumer, so I had to post more in this forum if I wanted to download my favorite manga scans.

The moderator of this forum (great Mafi-sama) was also a great JE- and especially Jin-fan. She introduced into me into Drama, KAT-TUN and the whole sobad and soaddictive JE-world. With very small steps I get to know more about JE and become an KAT-TUN-fan and absolute addicted to them and especially to Jinjin. Since that day I’m poorer, less-sleeping, more perverted girl but also constantly smiling, proud ;) and very happy fangirl.

At the end of this so not interesting story I’d want to show you the very first pic of any JE-boy. I believe now, that it was destiny, that the first pic of JE-boy I’ve seen was the pic of Jinjin. I’ve this pic, when I didn’t know nothing at all about JE, it was about 0,5 year before I get to know Je. That pic was attached to a manga scans packet. My first thought when I saw it was “Who is it? What is it?Is this a boy or girl? (S)He is so beautiful, gentle and sweet, it can be an angel.
I think that was the moment I fell in love with Jin <3
